I charge by the hour or half-hour not by the project. Charging by how long it takes to complete ensures the payment is fair for you and for the work I put into your project(s). Time records are meticulously kept, so you will be assured of fair pricing in a timely manner. Many projects can be completed in a set amount of time, so I will ask for a downpayment (agreeable to both parties) to begin working on the project. When the project is complete and both parties approve the final result, an emailed invoice and related files will be sent the day approvals of the work are received. The balance of the amount due is to be sent within 14 days of receiving the invoice and file(s). The goal is to accomplish the client's branding vision as quickly as possible using my expert skills.
While each project can have a minimum amount of time needed to complete, EACH project completion time may vary depending upon requests made, changes, and edits needed throughout the project. This MAY cause some projects to take longer to complete than originally stated, but I keep the client appraised of all changes needed throughout the project. My goal it to create a project that meets all your espectations. Thank you.
NOTE: If a project involves updating an aspect of the client's branding and the files sent to do so are not compatible with my software or there is too much updating to be completed that it becomes a new project, I will be in contact with the client and advise them of any price changes.
